Design: The “Cascading Peaks” Landscape

The cup’s body (and interior) features a continuous underglaze blue shan shui scene:

• Layered mountains, a winding waterfall, and ancient pine trees (symbols of resilience and longevity) rendered with soft, gradient cobalt blue—mimicking the misty depth of China’s natural scenery.

• The “negative space” (pale celadon porcelain) acts as clouds, a signature of traditional shan shui art that invites quiet contemplation.
