You might even notice that the lines on your cup differ slightly from the pictures on our site. Please know that this is not a flaw, but a feature of its soul. By shipping directly from the source, we ensure that these delicate works of art reach you with the utmost care and authenticity, straight from the hands that made them to yours.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us as soon as possible at support@myporcelains.com with your order number, full name, and clear images of the damaged item(s). We’ll be happy to assist you.
Lost packages are rare. If your order does not arrive within 60 days, it will be considered lost. Please contact us within 30 days of the lost package declaration. Note:

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at support@myporcelains.com with the subject “CANCEL,” along with your full name and order number. Returns
